Minto-Mapleton offers the luxury of rural living with close proximity to Waterloo. Primary care practices are situated throughout the communities of Minto and Mapleton with an easy drive to the hospital. The only traffic you will meet is a school bus or a tractor. All nine family physicians belong to the Minto-Mapleton FHO and are supported by FHT allied health staff. We are a teaching site and welcome medical trainees.

All of our physicians have their own community primary practice as well as participate in hospital work - everything from inpatient, emergency and obstetrical care. New Harriston Medical Clinic.
The new Harriston Medical Centre is an expansion project that will add 1,150 sq. ft. to an existing facility.
The exam rooms have been designed to have one a bit larger than the other in order to accommodate in-office procedures with ample space. Offices will open up to the clinic area and reception area in order to facilitate in-office communication. Exam room flow has been designed with practitioner safety in mind (desk proximity to door in relation to patient seating). The nursing station has been designed to have enough room for supply storage along with storage for vaccines.
The new Harriston Medical Centre will better serve the needs of our growing community. ​
